5 out of 5 stars Way too much fun!   July 3, 2010

I bought this for my five year old and it's way too difficult for his age. However, I am totally addicted! Beware, you'll be playing this for a long time.

3 out of 5 stars Not as good as the first.   March 14, 2010

So I truly loved the first game, so I figured this would be even better. Wrong... First, the controls are not nearly as intuitive as the first games (this is my husband's complaint). Second, you can't make progress through the game if you want to play multi-player or use the balance board. Third, this game is geared towards the younger crowd and seems to have many quirks that are neither neccessary nor funny. For example, the ant in the lower left corner says distracting things like "aren't cookies yummy" and "I'm hungry". Fourth, there are several glitches. For example, when you pause during gameplay one of the options is the map, clicking it doesn't work. Also some of the platforms that move up and down, don't always come back down if you miss them the first time. Finally, one of my favorite things about the first game was that you could often fling your marble to other places on the board and bypass some of the beginning. Perhaps this was a flaw on the first game, but I personally felt it added an extra level of skill. If you try to fling your marble to any other parts on the new game, you loose almost every time. I guess for (...) it's not too bad, but I would have paid (...) if it had better controls and options.

5 out of 5 stars wii party game success   January 23, 2010

I had a wii girl's night in party last night with women ranging in age from mid 20's to mid 40's and this was the last game we played and loved it! It's challenging but fun to lay and watch each other figure the mazes out. It was worth the money.

5 out of 5 stars Big Hit   January 17, 2010

Well, this has been a big hit with my boys. It is quite similar to Monkey Ball Jr. in the rolling through mazes. BUT you can use the wii balance board to go through them OR the controllers. My kids have really enjoyed it. I like that they have to get up to do it with the balance board. You do get dizzy though watching it for a while... it moves fast and changes angles.

4 out of 5 stars Great Game   January 5, 2010
Nathanee (Weiser, ID)
The game is extremely fun, taking full advantage of the Wii's abilities. The levels are cleverly created, and you can even make your own, which is the best part of this game. Although you can use the Wii Balance Board with this, it is way too hard to keep your marble in control.
Our entire family gets in on the action and plays together, with tons of laughs. Really a good game.
